Do I own my domain and content?
Your domain, approved content, brand assets, photos, and customer data remain yours. The managed design and code are provided as part of the active monthly service; cancellation and export terms are confirmed before work begins.
How fast will my site launch?
We confirm timing after reviewing scope, content readiness, domain status, and integrations. You receive a private preview before anything is launched publicly.
What counts as a routine update batch?
One related request sent together—for example, changing hours and a phone number, replacing a small photo set, or revising one section. New systems, redesigns, paid tools, and major scope changes require separate approval.
Can I cancel?
Plans are month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. Final transition, export, and domain-access details are documented in your project agreement.
